West Volusia Historical Society operates the Robert M. Conrad Education and Research Center, the DeLand House Museum, and curates exhibits at the DeLand Memorial Hospital and Veterans Museum. WVHS offers a number of tours, events and programs for members and visitors.

The museum has self-guided exhibits, with written and audio information, and a video presentation. La Casita, a restored cigar worker's house, is open for viewing 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Guided tours are available Wednesday through Sunday.
