Camp Gordon Johnston Museum mission is to collect, preserve, exhibit and interpret historically significant artifacts and history related to the Amphibious Soldiers that trained at this WWII training center from 1942-1946. Most item are donated by soldiers or their family. The museum is responsible for exhibiting and interpreting the history of the units that were trainers and being trained with the goal to support post education, training, research, and historical exhibits and programs.
Located inside the Florida Public Archaeology Network headquarters in downtown Pensacola, the Destination Archaeology Resource Center is an archaeology museum open to the public. Inside you will learn about the amazing archaeological sites that you can visit and experience throughout the state. Our exhibits include displays about both land and underwater archaeology sites. We showcase heritage sites open to the public within the eight regions of the FPAN with traditional and interactive displays, including touchscreens, tablet computers and artifacts. Additionally, our museum hosts a variety of free exhibits, events, and programs throughout the year.

Since 1971, the Heritage Museum of Northwest Florida has been collecting and preserving material culture pertaining to local and regional history. Today, the Museum houses an extensive collection of artifacts, textiles, and documents which are made available to the public. These materials are used for education, entertainment, and research through the archival library, exhibits, tours, public programs, and events.
The University of West Florida Historic Trust manages Historic Pensacola, which includes the T. T. Wentworth, Jr. Florida State Museum, the Pensacola Children's Museum, Historic Pensacola Village, the Pensacola Museum of Art, the Hilton Green Research Library, and the Voices of Pensacola in downtown Pensacola as well as Arcadia Mill Archaeological Site and Homestead in Milton, FL. Our mission is to collect, preserve, interpret, and share the history of Northwest Florida. COVID hours: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays from 10:00-1:00 and 1:00-4:00. The Mattie Kelly Arts Center Galleries is an academic teaching museum consisting of two main galleries showcasing about five international, national and regional exhibitions each year. The Nader Museum comprises four exhibition rooms presenting comprehensive exhibitions of works in all media - painting, sculpture, works on paper, photography, and video - in a space dedicated to showcasing the global importance of the art of Latin America.
