Boca Raton Museum of Art

Founded by artists in 1950, the Boca Raton Museum of Art is driven by an educational mission that values looking, learning, and creating. These three core values are vital across our creative campus in Boca Raton: 1) Museum in Mizner Park, where 100,000+ visitors experience and learn about the beauty and diversity of the visual world through outstanding exhibitions, collections, and our award-winning artmatters educational programs for children, families, and adults. 2) Art School on west Palmetto Park Rd, where 5,000+ children and adults discover and further their creativity and talent through high caliber art instruction with 100+ weekly classes and workshops in various media. 3) Artists Guild Gallery on north Federal Hwy, where 300+ local artists working in a variety of media gather to exchange ideas, and exhibit and sell their work. The Boca Raton Museum of Art presents 10+ exciting exhibitions each year that reflect the breadth of human experience; maintains collections of 4,500 works; offers over 250 public programs that engage audiences of all ages, cultures, and backgrounds; and nurtures a vibrant, inclusive local artist community that supports the growth of artists over the entire arc of their artistic and professional development.
